Boston Bungalows: There are two commons types of bungalows in Boston.
The first a detached, single family dwelling with one level above
ground, on its own lot, and completely separated from any adjacent
housing. The other is a semi-bungalow. Semi-bungalows are detached,
single family dwelling with one and a half levels above ground, on
its own lot, and completely separated from any adjacent housing. This
is sometimes referred to as a storey and a half. Some home buyers
prefer bungalows because of their cozy home feeling.
